The mission of Wavecrest's Test Automation Group (TAG) is
to "Design, develop, market and support products for
the production testing of photonic and electronic components
and modules". TAG provides peace of mind to ATE customers
by utilizing signal integrity solutions to ensure that manufactured
devices meet industry compliance specifications.
TAG offers a range of production solutions that are directly
integrated by manufacturers of ATE systems and are available
in convenient rack and stack or roll-up configurations for
field upgrade. TAG products are integrated onto ATE platforms
manufactured by Credence, Agilent, LTX and Teradyne.
Wavecrest's production solutions combine the advanced capabilities
of our laboratory products to ensure Wavecrest customers keep
their lab and production floor test methodologies aligned.
This results in reduced development costs and reduced time
to market for new electronic and photonic devices.
TAG measurement solutions are the reference standard for
signal integrity analysis with installations in over 800 ATE
systems world wide. Wavecrest's expertise in a variety of
markets enables ATE customers to accelerate expansion into
new markets, the markets traditionally served by Wavecrest's
Test & Measurement and Optical product groups.
